These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your participation in our events, programs, workshops, memberships and related Services. By purchasing a ticket, attending an event, joining an online space or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or over and agree to follow our Community Guidelines and any event rules, safety instructions and venue conditions of entry.

2. Bookings, pricing and payment

  • Bookings are made via our nominated platforms unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Promotional codes must be applied at purchase and cannot be added retrospectively.

3. Refunds, transfers and consumer guarantees

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind or scheduling conflicts.

  • If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another eligible person by notifying us with their details within the timeframe we specify.

  • If we cancel and cannot reasonably reschedule, we will refund the ticket price paid (less any third-party booking/processing fees).

  • Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not excluded.

4. Event changes and force majeure

We may change the event schedule, venue, program, inclusions or presenters at any time. Such changes do not entitle a refund. Where events are affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to severe weather, public health orders, government restrictions, venue closures, acts of God), we may cancel, postpone or modify the event without liability.

5. Attendance requirements and conduct

You are responsible for arriving on time and meeting any age, identification or security requirements. We may refuse entry or remove any person for unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated or disrespectful behaviour, without refund.

6. Health, safety and risk

Some events include physical activity (e.g., Pilates, yoga, walking, hiking, dance and other movement). Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. You are responsible for assessing your fitness and disclosing relevant medical information for safety purposes. You must follow all safety directions. You are responsible for your belongings. We recommend you maintain appropriate personal and property insurance.

7. Photography, audio and video

Events may be photographed or filmed. By attending you consent to our capturing and using your image, likeness and voice in any media worldwide for editorial and promotional purposes, royalty-free and without compensation, unless you notify us in writing before the event and follow any opt-out process we provide. We may edit, adapt and communicate such content. To request removal from our digital channels, contact us.

8. Intellectual property

All content and materials we provide (including branding, coursework, guides and media) are our intellectual property or used under licence. You must not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Liability, release and indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • we exclude all warranties not expressly set out in these Terms;

  • we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss; and

  • our aggregate liability arising in connection with the Services is limited to the amount paid by you for the affected Service.

You release and indemnify us (and our officers, employees, volunteers and representatives) from claims, losses, damages, costs and liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms, your negligence or your participation in activities, except to the extent caused by our negligence or required by the ACL.

10. Third-party suppliers and venues
